Donate funds or bulk food donations to fill Eden Park!
We have 12 months to ‘fill’ Auckland’s iconic Eden Park rugby field, with enough food (and essential items) to provide 100,000 meals to those in need.
100% of the donations will go towards feeding Kiwis in need via New Zealand Food Network’s 65 nationwide recipient Food Hubs.
How will we do it?
We’re calling on businesses and individuals to donate either bulk food, household essentials or money to help us reach our goal. Donate now and help fill the pitch below!
To make it easy and meaningful to donate, we’ll be using a simple pricing structure making it easy for those with the means to donate and see the impact of each donation: e.g. $25 = 10 meals, $50 = 20 meals etc.

What people are saying:
It makes a huge difference knowing that on a regular basis that we will be given food from NZFN, gives us peace of mind knowing that we have something to give to the community
They have been absolutely heroic life savers for our region – if we did not have the support of NZFN, and when our roads closed, our internet network went down, our phone lines went down, everything went down, we would not have been able to distribute the parcels that we did in that first 3-4 days if it hadn’t been for NZFN. Goodness only knows what would have happened if we hadn’t of had that food.
We are so incredibly grateful for the tautoko which enables us to support vulnerable whanau. Please continue to offer this service it is having a huge impact in our community where food support is difficult to come by, and in a way that is mana enhancing.
There is a great need here in Rotorua as there is in the rest of our country. We try to support our community with free evening meals Monday to Friday in town and delivery of food parcels to individuals and whanau that are unable to attend the evening meals due to sickness, age, live too far out of town..etc. And the organisations that access the foodbank side of Feeding Rotorua are amazed at the generosity of NZFN and are happy that they are able to help their own clientele with what has been provided to them
I can say that the whanau receiving the food and hygiene boxes we make up from your donations are very very happy with what they get. There is a good combination of household necessities including a sweet treat every now and then. It is a huge relief for our whanau when they have no other options and we are able to offset their stress with food support. Thank you NZFN!!
